Partnering with HULQ, they aimed to seamlessly integrate finding, buying, renting, and managing properties into a single, intuitive platform. PropertEYE envisioned a robust web and mobile application that could tackle the most pressing challenges faced by real estate investors today:
- Efficient Information Gathering: Streamline the process of collecting supply from various channels.
- Automated Financial Analysis: Reduce the time and effort spent on evaluating each property’s financial viability.

Key Features
FIND: The FIND feature provides real-time insights into the Dutch residential real estate market, including off-market deals. Investors set their desired return, search area, and price segment. The app matches these criteria, indicating necessary rent to achieve returns and assessing market alignment with a color-coded system (green for in line, orange for risky, red for not in line).
BUY: The BUY feature helps investors assess potential properties by performing a professional return analysis. By entering purchase, financing, and operating costs data, users can see if their return targets are met and predict expectations for the next 20 years.
RENT: The RENT function aids in quickly finding tenants by creating presentations that can be shared on social media and major national websites. Additional services include credit checks, points analyses, and digital rental contract creation.
MANAGE: The MANAGE function offers continuous insight into cash flow and timely rent payments by linking to bank accounts. The dashboard provides a complete overview, from collection to returns and portfolio value. Vacant properties can be promoted via RENT or offered for sale off-market through FIND.
